Spain: What Kylian Mbappé will bring to Real Madrid even before his arrival

While waiting for his arrival at Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappé will bring in millions for the White House. Before the summer transfer window starts in a few weeks, Real Madrid has announced its first signing. Having reached the end of his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, Kylian Mbappé has signed with the White House for the next five years.

Although he has officially announced his departure from the capital’s club, it is at Real Madrid that the captain of the French national team has landed. He told Emmanuel Macron on Monday morning that he would sign with the White House the same day, and the former AS Monaco player was officially confirmed by the Spanish champions in the evening.

“Real Madrid CF and Kylian Mbappé have reached an agreement under which he will remain a Real Madrid player for the next five seasons”, stated the Madrid club in its press release, without giving details about the jersey number the player from Bondy will wear.

Although currently gathering with the French national team to prepare for Euro 2024, the captain of Les Bleus will already start bringing in millions for the White House and himself. According to information from the media outlet AS, the French forward’s jersey will go on sale in Real Madrid’s store starting Wednesday, June 5, 2024.

If Real Madrid starts selling the Bondy native’s jersey this Wednesday, Adidas, on the other hand, will present Real Madrid’s jersey for the next campaign (2024-2025) on Friday. The 25-year-old forward has reportedly already trademarked his surname and the gesture he uses to celebrate his goals. Mbappé is expected to take the number 9 at Madrid, vacant after Benzema’s departure. He will play next season with this number on his back, but it is expected that the Bondy native will take Modric’s number 10 for the following season.
