Burkina Faso/Disinformation: Captain Traoré’s statement confirming the lies of imperialist media
For those who did not believe the claims that the French media are working to destabilize Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s country through lies and manipulations, the opportunity to realize this has arisen since Thursday, June 20, 2024.
In recent days, well-informed people have been making efforts to debunk the false information disseminated recklessly by these agents of imperialists and neo-colonialists. But now the time has come for the entire world to see for itself the grand scheme of these media outlets that serve the interests of their imperialist masters.
The person labeled a fugitive, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, himself stated before the Burkinabe press that he is not one to flee or abandon. Moreover, nothing happened that would drive him to flee. The rocket shot that landed within the RTB premises was neither the work of an enemy nor a military mutiny.
All this information was pure invention concocted by enemies with foolish minds to disturb the peace and spirit of the citizens. In reality, it is a strategy they use to plunge the country of upright men into total chaos, as was the case, for example, in Libya, the Central African Republic, and Côte d’Ivoire with former President Laurent Gbagbo.
This is an old strategy of the imperialists and neo-colonialists: using communication and information to control minds with lies. The late Thomas Sankara had sounded the alarm about this imperialist strategy, which he called the “non-violent means of destabilizing African countries”.
Unfortunately, he was neither listened to nor supported, and the enemy succeeded in sowing doubt and confusion in the minds of Burkinabe and the world, eventually taking his life. These same mistakes will not happen again. The Burkinabe people and Africans have understood the game and are ready to face it.
