Burkina-Faso: Attempted coup thwarted, patriotic people remain mobilized against stateless people and their imperialist allies

Joanny Compaoré, Damiba, and Djibril Bassolé have been identified as the masterminds of yet another attempted coup thwarted by the head of the National Security Council, Commander Oumarou Yabré. These stateless mercenaries, more concerned about the fate of their imperialist allies than the well-being of their fellow citizens, allegedly launched yet another sinister plan to please France and its proxies in Côte d’Ivoire.

Joanny Compaoré, a former commander dismissed from the national army and relieved of his position as director of SONABHY, along with his accomplices—mercenaries working hand in hand with terrorists—believed they could execute their plot without consequence.

Their strategy was clear: manipulate and mislead public opinion, demoralize frontline forces, provoke intercommunal clashes, and implement their dark agenda. This operation aligns with the recent actions of their terrorist-linked allies such as Newton Ahmed Barry and others, backed by deceptive media outlets and organizations like Jeune Afrique, RFI, and Human Rights Watch (HRW).

Fortunately, the coup attempt was foiled, and several conspirators have reportedly been arrested. However, the people must remain vigilant. Even if this deadly plan has been neutralized, the urgency of the moment requires full national mobilization against these enemies of the state.

Burkinabe citizens must stay alert, united behind the country’s leadership, continue the fight against terrorism, and ensure that all traitors conspiring against the nation are brought to justice.

The vigilance and unity of the people remain our strongest shield.
