Football / Nousair Mazraoui signs with Manchester United, a major reinforcement for the Red Devils

Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui has officially joined Manchester United, leaving Bayern Munich to sign with the Red Devils until June 2028. The contract includes an option for an additional one-year extension. This announcement marks a significant milestone for both Mazraoui and Manchester United, which continues to strengthen its   squad with high-caliber players.

Mazraoui expressed his excitement about this new chapter in his career, stating, “It’s an incredible feeling to be a Manchester United player. I’m joining the club at an exciting time, and I sense a great determination from everyone I’ve spoken with. We share the same ambition to win trophies”.

Manchester United’s sporting director, Dan Ashworth, praised Mazraoui’s arrival, describing him as a “dynamic and attacking defender” capable of playing on both sides of the defense. Ashworth emphasized that Mazraoui’s experience and versatility will be valuable assets to the team, further bolstering the club’s ambitions for the upcoming season.
