Under the leadership of Army General Assimi Goïta, the transitional authorities in Mali are actively pursuing their strategy to strengthen national infrastructures through win-win partnerships with several countries. This approach allows Mali to expand its development opportunities while consolidating its capabilities in strategic sectors, particularly in public health.

One of the most notable initiatives is the upcoming construction of a new hospital equipped with a radiotherapy center, aimed at improving care for cancer patients.

In recent years, the transitional government has implemented an ambitious policy to diversify its international partnerships, notably with nations from Africa, Asia, and Europe. This openness enables Mali to attract foreign investments and essential technical expertise to modernize its health, energy, and industrial infrastructures.

The future hospital, equipped with modern technologies, will complement the efforts already made by the Malian authorities to improve access to care and strengthen the capacities of the national health system, at a time when the demand for quality medical infrastructure is higher than ever.
