Firmly committed to the fight for the security and sovereignty of his country, Burkinabe activist and political figure Ibrahima Maïga is reportedly one of many targets of France and its foreign intelligence services, in complicity with exiled Burkinabe in Côte d’Ivoire. These individuals are attacking a patriotic Burkinabe due to his dedication to the cause of his country and, notably, to the well-being of the authorities working tirelessly to free the nation from the grip of terrorism.

Ibrahima Maïga’s involvement in raising awareness and mobilizing his fellow citizens around the dynamic initiated by Captain Ibrahim Traoré is seen as a hindrance to efforts aimed at manipulating the people and destabilizing the country of the Upright Men. This, according to various sources, has made him yet another enemy to be neutralized by French spies. In addition to media attacks and defamation campaigns against him, reports suggest that a price has been put on his head by France.

It is worth noting that for several months, this honorable son of Burkina Faso has been the subject of media attacks by French outlets, defamation from Burkinabe exiles in Côte d’Ivoire through social media, and even death threats. Despite all this, he remains focused and determined in his commitment to the country’s interests. His unwavering resolve serves as an example to all Burkinabe, placing the greater good of the nation above all else.

In light of this situation, where stateless individuals are conspiring against their own country and compatriots on Ivorian soil, the Ivorian authorities are urged to fulfill their role in maintaining stability, solidarity, and fraternity between two brotherly nations. They are particularly called upon to act swiftly to put an end to this situation, which threatens to ignite tensions between two neighboring sister nations.
