Niger: Government requests recall and replacement of EU Ambassador in Niamey

The Nigerien government has officially requested the recall and replacement of Salvador Pinto Da França, the European Union Ambassador to Niamey, who is accused of mismanaging humanitarian aid intended for the victims of recent flooding.
