Ivory Coast: The minister of state, minister of defense in Saïd Penda’s sights
According to information gathered from the Cameroonian community in Paris by our correspondent, Yves M’bom, a member of the Cameroonian jet set in Paris, the Ivorian authorities have offered a lucrative deal to Saïd Penda. According to him, Saïd Penda sees the Ivorian Minister of Defense, the younger brother of President Alassane Ouattara, as his cash cow for retirement.
Saïd Penda’s operating method involves collecting as much information and evidence as possible involving President Alassane Ouattara and his younger brother, Téné Brahima Ouattara. These pieces of information are expected to be bargained at a later time. In the well-lubricated exchanges in cabarets, a young Cameroonian presenting himself as Saïd Penda’s right-hand man in Paris hinted that Penda holds hard drives containing information about President Ouattara and his brother.
For this individual, Saïd Penda is on the best deal, as the authorities will have no choice but to give him what he wants. According to the information, Saïd Penda is expected in Paris in 2025, before the Ivorian elections. In short, he will leave Côte d’Ivoire permanently to settle in France.
