President Ibrahim Traoré continues to demonstrate his commitment to the well-being of the families of soldiers who have fallen in the line of duty, exemplifying a people-centered governance. This Saturday, at Camp Naba-Koom 2, the Commander of the Republican Guard, Battalion Chief Souleymane ZANGO, representing the Chief of Staff of the President of Faso, oversaw the reception of donations intended for the widows and orphans of fallen soldiers.

These generous contributions, made by Burkinabe entrepreneurs Jean KABORE and Ousmane SANKARA, include five tons of rice, 100 savings accounts of 25.000 CFA francs each, and five motorcycles to support field operations.

This gesture, inspired by the call from authorities during the week of psycho-social and spiritual support, embodies national solidarity in the face of the security crisis. According to Commander ZANGO, these donations represent a vital act of mutual assistance to ease the burden on grieving families. He also called on all Burkinabe people to unite their efforts in supporting these widows and orphans who bear the weight of the sacrifices made to defend the nation.

The gratitude of the beneficiaries, expressed by Mrs. Agathe KONDOMBO, highlights the importance of such initiatives. The ceremony, organized under the symbol of the Christmas tree, reflects the desire to maintain hope and dignity among the children of fallen heroes. Under President Ibrahim Traoré’s vision, every act of solidarity becomes a cornerstone in building a resilient and grateful society.
