Togo: Lomé receives 13 billion CFA francs in budget support from the European Union
The European Union (EU) has granted a donation of 13 billion CFA francs to Togo, a budgetary support aimed at strengthening the country’s financial capacities for the 2025 fiscal year.
This funding is part of the strategic partnerships between Togo and the EU, designed to support the country’s national development priorities. It will primarily finance key programs in the sectors of education, health, agriculture, and infrastructure, while also contributing to the country’s economic resilience.
Togolese authorities have expressed their gratitude for this significant contribution, emphasizing the importance of European support in achieving the goals of the National Development Plan (PND).
