Burkina Faso: Pope Francis’ emissary hails enlightened leadership of President Ibrahim TRAORE

The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, is admired for his vision and leadership that has guided the country of honest men through its current situation over the past two (02) years. In this situation, Burkinabe people now hold hope for a better future and celebrate the progress made. This is the result of the determination and firm commitment of the Head of State, supported by his collaborators.

Among his internal and external admirers in Burkina Faso is the Secretary of State of the Holy See, Cardinal Pietro PAROLIN, who is in the country for the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Catholic Church’s evangelization in this land of honest men. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Head of State and his government following his meeting at the presidential palace.

“Bringing together military action on one side and development actions on the other is important so that people can enjoy their fundamental rights to food, education, health, and everything that makes life possible and dignified”, affirmed the envoy of Pope Francis.
