Togo: CCI-Togo launches regional offices to boost local economy
The Togolese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI-Togo) has launched an extensive decentralization project with the creation of regional consular representations. This initiative, which began on March 6 in Kpalimé, in the Kloto prefecture, marks a key step in the institution’s strategy to get closer to local economic realities and strengthen its role in regional development.
The opening of the Kpalimé office is the first tangible outcome of this ambitious project. These new regional representations will serve as intermediaries between local economic actors and the public authorities. They will facilitate interactions and exchanges while ensuring the implementation of the strategic directives set by CCI-Togo at the national level. Each office will need to adapt to the economic specifics of its region, aligning its actions with the institution’s overall objectives.
