In Mali, both national and foreign users can now submit their requests for administrative documents online starting from Tuesday, March 11.

This new digital solution was launched as part of the digitization of Mali’s public administration. Thanks to this digitalization, diplomatic and consular missions will be able to offer all users, whether national or foreign, more accessible and high-quality consular services while ensuring that data protection requirements are strictly respected.

Among the online documents available for request or acquisition are civil status records, administrative documents, identification papers, and travel documents. The chosen digital solution will also implement an automated and secure system for requesting and issuing standardized entry visas to Mali.

In summary, this digitalization of consular services will provide both Malian citizens and those abroad with easy access to the processing of their administrative documents.

These advances once again demonstrate the relevance of the vision carried by the new leaders of AES countries, aiming to offer the population a better quality of life.
