DRC: Employment and security priorities for Tshisekedi’s second term

Félix Tshisekedi’s electoral campaign for his second term is in full swing. Starting on November 19, candidate number 20 has been able to travel through several cities and provinces across the entire national territory during this time.

If employment and security are the two concepts that are more frequently addressed during the candidate’s speeches, it is clear that he has made them priorities.

Employment and security have once again been highlighted as priority sectors for the candidate in his second five-year term, during exchanges with Congolese citizens this Monday, from the call center at his campaign headquarters in Kinshasa.

«Employment and security are the two elements that will contribute to the development of our country, in addition to infrastructure», he replied to a question from one of his correspondents.

«You have already seen what we started during my first term with the promotion of young entrepreneurs and women. This is what I intend to emphasize during my second term, with a particular focus on young people and women. So, you are in my line of sight», continued Félix Tshisekedi.

It should be noted that Tshisekedi, who remains in contact with the people, has already broken records by traveling through several cities and provinces.

Everywhere, he has urged voters to grant him a second term in order to finish what he has started, in terms of rebuilding the country and initiating education and healthcare improvements for the population.
