CAN 2023 : Full list of DRC players

The French coach of DRC national team, Sébastien Desabre, has unveiled his squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations. Seven players from Ligue 1 have been selected.

Following Mauritania, the DRC has revealed its list of players chosen for the 2023 AFCON. Coach Sébastien Desabre has decided to call up seven players currently playing in France.

These include Dimitry Bertaud from Montpellier, Gédéon Kalulu from Lorient, Dylan Batubinsika from Saint-Étienne, Chancel Mbemba from Marseille, Samuel Moutoussamy from Nantes, Gaël Kakuta from Amiens, and goalkeeper Lionel Mpasi from Rodez Aveyrn Club.

Other players who have played in Ligue 1 are also selected, such as defenders Joris Kayembe and Arthur Masuaku, as well as forwards Yoane Wissa, Cédric Bakambu, and Simon Banza.
