Togo: Election Campaign – Faure Gnassingbé’s party announces opening of technical college in Kuma-Konda

In recent days, candidates vying for the legislative and regional elections have been actively seeking the electorate’s support. At the Unir party (Union for the Republic), the party of President Faure Gnassingbé, supporters and sympathizers are traveling from locality to locality to present the party’s program and the presidential party’s vision for Togo through this dual election.

In Kloto, a region in the Plateaux area, the Unir candidate, Dodzi Kokoroko, attracted a massive crowd during his visit. Since the start of the campaign, Minister Kokoroko, the lead candidate for Unir in this locality, has been holding meetings with the population.

In Kuma-Konda, the candidate reviewed the various achievements of the party and its founder. Furthermore, the lead candidate for the legislative elections announced the opening of a technical and vocational training institution named “Kuma Technical College (CET-Kuma)” for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year, thereby consolidating the President’s actions in this part of the country.

Candidate Dodzi Kokoroko then urged the population to turn out on April 29, the day of the dual election.
