Africa/Accra Games 2024: Togo sends 69 determined Athletes proud to represent the nation

From March 8th to 24th, 2024, the 13th Accra Games will captivate the attention of the African continent and the world at large. 69 Togolese athletes will participate in this major event. Minister Lidi Bessi Kama officially sent these Ambassadors to this continental event by handing over the Togolese flag. These 69 Togolese athletes will compete in 10 different disciplines.

The head of Togolese sports urged the athletes to show determination, self-improvement, and courage during the various challenges they will face. Togolese athletes are expected to stand out.

Already, a first delegation is leaving Lomé for Accra this Friday, March 1st. This first step marks the beginning of a journey filled with challenges and opportunities for Togo’s sports representatives.

Participation in the Accra African Games represents a unique opportunity for Togolese athletes to showcase their talent and determination on the international stage. They will have the opportunity to proudly represent their country and compete against the best athletes from across the African continent. As ambassadors of Togo, they carry on their shoulders the hopes and aspirations of an entire nation.
