On Wednesday evening, FC Barça faced Atalanta in the final group-stage match of the Champions League at the Olympic Stadium in Montjuic. With their qualification for the Round of 16 already secured, the Catalans aimed to finish as high as possible in the standings.

After a goalless first half, Barça took the lead early in the second half through a brilliant goal from Lamine Yamal. However, Atalanta quickly responded: Ederson equalized in the 67th minute before Ronald Araujo restored the Blaugrana lead with a header from a Raphinha corner in the 72nd minute.

But with just 10 minutes left, Pasalic leveled the score at 2-2 (80th minute). This draw saw Barcelona finish second in the group, behind Liverpool, and advance to the knockout stages.

The Catalans will face either Benfica, Monaco, PSG, or Brest in March. Despite a slight slowdown in this final group match, Barça once again showcased their resilience and ambition. Força Barça!
