During his visit to Banfora in April 2024, the President of the Revolution, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, solemnly promised to improve the learning conditions of students and the working conditions of teachers at the A and B schools in Péni. Among the key commitments made was the construction of fences to secure these schools.

Today, this promise has become a reality. Thanks to political will and concerted efforts, the two schools are now equipped with sturdy fences, providing students with a safe and peaceful environment in which to study. This initiative also aims to protect the schools from external intrusions and ensure an environment conducive to concentration and academic growth.

This project is part of President Ibrahim Traoré’s broader vision to strengthen the country’s educational infrastructure while addressing security challenges. It also reflects the priority placed on education as a pillar of national development and a tool for the empowerment of future generations.

Local communities, teachers, and students have expressed their gratitude for this achievement, which not only improves their living conditions but also their sense of security. This action reflects the current leadership’s commitment to building a stronger Burkina Faso, where every citizen can benefit from the fruits of progress.
