Burkina Faso : AIB receives ADM computer equipment
The Association for Media Development (ADM) handed over five computers to the Burkina Information Agency (AIB) in Ouagadougou on Thursday, following a funded training aimed at improving the agency’s productions and publications.
The President of the Association for Media Development (ADM), Stéphanie Thérésa Zoungrana, presented the batch of computer equipment to the Director of the Burkina Information Agency (AIB), Aimé Mouorissing Kambiré, on Thursday. The computers, provided after a four-day training by ADM, will benefit around ten journalists and technicians from AIB.
According to Mrs. Zoungrana, digital tools are essential, and shared digital training is crucial « in our digital era ».
« I salute each participant in the training and express my confidence in a media future strengthened by these new skills and new computer equipment », she wished.
The Director of AIB, Aimé Mouorissing Kambiré, expressed gratitude to the ADM for the computers and for the quality of the training.
« Your contribution will help us solve a number of problems in terms of equipment and mastering technological tools for processing and disseminating information on the internet. The training and this equipment will further assist us in achieving the objectives we have set for this year 2024 », stated Mr. Kambiré.
