Burkina Faso: Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, like a loving and attentive father, invites the Burkinabe children, for a moment of exchanges
The Transition President and Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, is planning a session of discussions and sharing with children from all social backgrounds in Burkina Faso on Monday, November 20, at the Presidential Palace. This event is in celebration of the World Children’s Day.
The agenda for this gathering between the President and the children includes a flag-raising ceremony followed by a civics class that the Head of State will personally impart to his young guests.
Later on, there will be a large plenary meeting to address the concerns of the children, culminating in an exclusive televised interview with the Transition President.
In the spirit of a concerned father looking after the future and education of his children, Captain Traoré, through this initiative, aims to promote and instill civic and moral values among the children of his country.
The President believes this is an inevitable path towards sustainable peace and enhanced social cohesion. Captain Ibrahim Traoré deeply wishes to see children actively contributing to a lasting social transformation in Burkina Faso.
