In Burkina Faso, the fighting forces engaged on the battlefield against the bush enemy are showing increasing rigor and determination against criminals. It is thanks to this determination that several other wrongdoers have been neutralized since the beginning of December, thus liberating the country from other enemies of the people and securing the national territory.

Whether in the East, North, or Central-North regions of Burkina Faso, the national army has announced the neutralization of several terrorists. This success is attributed to the promptness, commitment, and professionalism of the soldiers, who are now well-trained in both equipment and warfare tactics. In addition to these regions, the Boucle du Mouhoun in the North-West of the country was the site of intense offensive operations and terrorist manhunts on December 10 and 11.

These efforts led to the neutralization of a total of 102 terrorists and the seizure of significant military and logistical equipment, according to information provided by the AIB. This includes over a hundred weapons, such as AK47s, PKMS, and 12.7mm rifles, as well as a large number of motorcycles and war logistics, based on initial estimates.

This success was made possible through coordinated operations by both aerial and ground units. These achievements reflect the determination of the country’s forces to completely eradicate terrorism from their territory and to protect the nation’s assets and its people.
