Burkina Faso/Defense & Security: President Ibrahim TRAORE’s advice and instructions to trainee officers
Serving the Nation and effectively meeting the expectations of the population is the dynamic in which the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, is engaged. In his actions and decisions, he has always demonstrated his patriotism and his desire to serve the people with dignity and loyalty.
He hopes that everyone (including the armed forces) can develop this spirit of patriotism and commitment to serving the Nations and peoples, to achieve crucial objectives, which are the restoration of peace in areas threatened by terrorism and the development of the concerned Nations.
This is what the President of Faso called for during his meeting with trainee officers in his country for capacity building. On Thursday, July 4, the Burkinabè Head of State invited the officers completing their training, from Burkina Faso, Benin, Cameroon, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Chad, to be leaders for their subordinates and their peoples.
He also urged them to constantly strengthen their capacities to effectively fulfill their mission of defending and protecting the populations and their Nations. In the context of the fight against the terrorist hydra, it is important for the President of Faso to raise awareness and encourage people to engage and get more involved in liberating Nations that are victims of this terrorist barbarism.
