Like many other countries in the subregion, Burkina Faso has faced flooding issues in recent months due to the rainy season. This situation particularly affects roadways, making it difficult for people and goods to move normally. In response, President Ibrahim TRAORE and his team are taking urgent measures to alleviate the hardships faced by the population.

Previously, it was often the case that the degradation of roads during the rainy season was managed by local residents. However, this is no longer the case since Captain Ibrahim TRAORE took office. Emergency works are increasingly being initiated by the authorities, with strong support from local communities to restore flooded roads and improve mobility.

Significantly improving urban infrastructure in Burkina Faso is a firm commitment from President Ibrahim TRAORE, aimed at enhancing accessibility to peripheral neighborhoods. It is important to note that in addition to emergency works initiated during floods, urban paving projects are being undertaken and intensifying across the country for the benefit of the Burkinabè people.

According to Burkinabè citizens, this reflects the President’s desire to create favorable living conditions for his compatriots. This commitment from the head of state is widely praised by the population, who are mobilizing alongside him to contribute to the development of the country in line with their aspirations.
