Burkina Faso/Internal security: Thanks to patriotic commitment, thugs no longer have a place among the population

The dismantling of criminal networks has intensified over the past few months throughout Burkina Faso. The national police have been successful in detecting the hideouts of individuals deemed dangerous to the population and apprehending them. Recently, an operation led to the arrest of five alleged highway robbers.

The police station of District No. 10 in Ouagadougou announced that it has put an end to the criminal activities of these five individuals, who had been imposing their will on the residents of this area of the Burkinabe capital. This achievement is attributed to the firm commitment, determination, and professionalism of the defense and security forces in their mission to protect people and property.

The success is also due to the excellent collaboration established between the security forces and the community. Residents played a crucial role in reporting suspicious individuals and activities, enabling the police to conduct thorough investigations and dismantle the network. The community is now free from these malicious individuals, who will face justice for their actions.

It is important to highlight that the public’s adherence to this security initiative, combined with the patriotic commitment and determination of the security forces, is yielding positive results for the nation’s overall safety. The community is encouraged to maintain this momentum to deter or thwart criminal elements, ensuring the return of safety within the cities.
