Less than a month after its renewal, the Patriotic Support Fund continues to garner support from Burkinabe citizens, reflecting their unwavering commitment to defending their homeland.

Driven by a strong spirit of solidarity, citizens and organizations are mobilizing to assist the state in the fight against terrorism. Recently, a collective of four associations made a significant gesture by donating more than eight million CFA francs (8.000.000 F CFA).

With this act, they reaffirm their attachment to the values of courage and resilience that define our nation. Their donation bolsters the efforts of the government, the Defense and Security Forces, and the VDP (Volunteers for Defense of the Fatherland), who are on the frontlines working to secure the country and protect its people.

This inspiring example of patriotism serves as a call for all Burkinabe citizens to follow suit and contribute, each in their own way, to this noble cause. Every contribution, no matter how modest, matters in the march towards victory.
