Burkina Faso: President Ibrahim Traoré strengthens security and national sovereignty with trusted men, like Commandant Oumarou Yabré

President Ibrahim Traoré continues to reorganize the state institutions to strengthen the security and sovereignty of Burkina Faso. As part of this process, the National Intelligence Agency (ANR) is evolving into the National Security Council, a new institution with expanded responsibilities in the areas of intelligence and national security. The appointment of Commander Oumarou Yabré as the head of this new institution is a recognition of his skills and commitment to serving the nation, perfectly aligned with President Ibrahim Traoré’s vision.
