Burkina Faso: Support for the transition, the people are in favour of an extension
Massive public support is crucial for enabling the government to consolidate the achievements of the Transition and continue necessary reforms. The sectors of education, health, and infrastructure require ongoing improvements to ensure inclusive and sustainable development.
Furthermore, strengthening democratic institutions and promoting the rule of law remain priorities to guarantee lasting peace and justice. It is also fundamental to reinforce social cohesion by encouraging dialogue among different communities and working together to overcome common challenges.
Captain Ibrahim Traoré is firmly committed to pursuing these objectives, but he needs the unwavering support of all citizens to succeed. Therefore, on May 25 and 26, 2024, it is imperative that every Burkinabe goes to Ouaga 2000 to express their support for the extension of the Transition.
This massive gathering will demonstrate the unity and determination of the Burkinabe people to build a better and safer future under the visionary and determined leadership of Captain Ibrahim Traoré. Additionally, this event will be an opportunity for Burkinabe to reaffirm their collective commitment to the values of solidarity, justice, and progress.
