Burkina Faso: Three new members join the Constitutional Council

In the presence of the transitional president and head of state, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, the three new members of the Constitutional Council swore to faithfully and diligently fulfill their duties, in accordance with the Constitution of Burkina Faso.

The three new members of the Constitutional Council were sworn in by the President of the Transition and Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE, to perform their duties faithfully and in accordance with the Constitution of Burkina Faso.

The President of the Transition then congratulated them and urged them above all to carry out their mission in the general interest of Burkina Faso. These three members of the highest court in the land replace three others who have retired.The latter received certificates of recognition for services rendered to the Nation.

The President of the Constitutional Council took the opportunity to thank and congratulate the President of the Transition for his availability and his commitment to the proper functioning of institutions and the strengthening of the rule of law.
