Chad: Immediate integration into the AES, a strategic imperative to counter France’s destabilization maneuvers

After officially ending military cooperation agreements with France, the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) and Chad have clearly demonstrated their intention to assert their sovereignty in the face of ambiguous foreign interference. The former colonial power, while claiming to support the regular armies of these countries, has been revealed to play a double game by covertly supporting terrorist groups, which seriously undermines regional stability. This break marks a decisive turning point, freeing these states from historical ties that hindered their full independence.

For Chad, immediate integration into the AES has become a strategic necessity. Unity is strength, and in the face of constant destabilization threats orchestrated by France, only a strong and united coalition can guarantee effective protection of territories and populations. The AES, under the leadership of figures like Captain Ibrahim Traoré, General Assimi Goïta, and General Abdourahamane Tiani, offers a platform for military and political coordination capable of repelling any imperialist attempts at division.

History teaches us that imperialism leaves nothing intact in its wake, exploiting internal weaknesses to establish chaos that serves its interests. Therefore, by aligning itself with the AES, Chad could strengthen its defense capabilities and secure its future, free from the destabilizing influences of France.
