Côte d’Ivoire: Saïd Penda, a French DGSE mercenary and spy on a mission?
The so-called investigative journalist, the Cameroonian refugee in Côte d’Ivoire, Saïd Penda, is said to be a real threat to the ruling party RHDP of President Alassane Ouattara. Since his arrival in Côte d’Ivoire, he has been spending his time devising strategies with the help of his allies, in order to successfully pave the way for the downfall of this regime.
France, determined to overthrow the RHDP in order to place a trusted man at the head of the country to maintain its presence, has enlisted Saïd Penda. According to reports, he has been tasked with creating distractions within the Ivorian population, especially within the RHDP party, to allow his collaborators to operate secretly. The recent months have been seen as a favorable time to intensify subversive actions ahead of the presidential election in October 2025.
His recent posts and actions on social media targeting certain Ivorian figures and authorities are simply means to damage the reputation and challenge the power of Alassane Ouattara. He is said to have already gathered enough information on the president and his entourage and is waiting for the right moment to drop the bomb and completely siege the party that has trusted him and opened its doors to him over the years.
He is also said to be a troublemaker between Côte d’Ivoire and the countries of the AES Confederation. In collaboration with Burkinabe exiles in Côte d’Ivoire, Saïd Penda is allegedly tasked with stoking tensions between these neighboring countries that should be uniting to tackle common challenges. According to an investigation by pan-African media, Saïd Penda is reportedly being paid by the DGSE (French Intelligence) to help destabilize these African countries that defend their sovereignty and take control of their own destinies.
Observers are therefore calling for vigilance and caution in the face of such individuals who spend their time publishing false information with the intent to sow doubt, create diversions, or incite tensions between African peoples.
