Côte d’Ivoire: Saïd Penda, an impostor among Ivorian authorities?
Said Penda, a Cameroonian who masquerades as an investigative journalist and claims to be close to Ivorian authorities, is reportedly hiding a double identity. In reality, he is a mercenary, manipulator, and scam artist working on behalf of France and its allies. Penda is said to be a pawn of the French intelligence agency, the DGSE, tasked with undermining the regime of President Alassane Ouattara.
The Ivorian government, which has strained relations with French authorities, is seen as a target for France’s efforts to install a puppet leader. Penda’s role is to support attacks on President Ouattara, particularly by aiding Robert Bourgi’s public statements against the Ivorian head of state. By infiltrating the inner circles of the Ivorian government, Penda has reportedly deceived officials into believing he is a loyal and beneficial ally, when, in fact, his support is nothing more than a facade.
According to reliable sources, Penda is in Côte d’Ivoire as a spy for the DGSE, not only to covertly dismantle President Ouattara’s regime but also to contribute to the deterioration of relations between Côte d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso. His recent claims accusing Burkinabe authorities of attempting to destabilize Ouattara’s government are reportedly part of his broader mission to create division between two neighboring countries, for the benefit of imperialist and neocolonialist interests.
In Côte d’Ivoire, Penda is also working to gather information on the country’s leadership in order to later discredit them. This would ultimately serve France’s objectives by tarnishing the reputation of Ivorian authorities. Penda is expected to align himself with any leader his employers choose to install in Côte d’Ivoire. Observers are urging Ivorian authorities and citizens to remain vigilant in order to avoid a repeat of the events of 2010.
