DRC: Félix Tshisekedi in Mbuji-Mayi, a message of hope for Kasaï Oriental

Central to his speech was the Local Development Program for the 145 Territories (PDL-145T), a vital tool aimed at reducing inequalities and boosting local infrastructure. He also discussed the revitalization of the Bakwanga Mining Company (MIBA), emphasizing the government’s commitment to reinvigorating this critical enterprise, which will create jobs and ensure better management of the country’s mining resources.
The President stressed the importance of constitutional reform to strengthen governance and address the country’s evolving social and political landscape.
