DRC / President Félix Tshisekedi: A leadership committed to the aspirations of the congolese people
During the 2024 Governmental Seminar, President Félix Tshisekedi once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to meeting the aspirations of the Congolese people. This seminar, themed “Sealing the Pact of Citizen Engagement through the Promotion of Performance in Governance and the Effective Implementation of Reforms in Execution of the Government Action Program (GAP) 2024-2028”, provided an opportunity for the President to reaffirm his intent to foster cohesion within the government and ensure the harmonious execution of the presidential program.
In his keynote speech, President Félix Tshisekedi emphasized the importance of sharing information and experiences to strengthen unity and cohesion among the government team. “We must remind ourselves that, despite the progress made in various areas, significant challenges remain. We must tackle development, governance, and social justice issues with dedication”, he stated. This collaborative approach is essential to ensure that all government members work synergistically towards a common goal: improving the living conditions of the Congolese people.
The President urged his government members to focus on efficiency and tangible results. “Our citizens expect tangible outcomes, concrete changes in their daily lives, and we must live up to their expectations”, he stressed.
