DRC: The 2024-2025 judicial year begins: President Félix Tshisekedi presides over the ceremony at the Council of State

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix Tshisekedi, in his capacity as Supreme Magistrate, attended the public, solemn, and itinerant hearing marking the 2024-2025 judicial year of the Council of State, held at the Palais du Peuple in Kinshasa.

This official event, in accordance with Article 24, paragraph 1 of the organic law governing the jurisdictions of the Administrative Order, underscores the importance of the rule of law and administrative justice in the governance of the DRC.
