In a highly anticipated interview with Elon Musk, owner of the social media platform X, Donald Trump addressed several key topics, including immigration, public finances, and U.S. foreign policy. The discussion, which was followed by approximately 1.4 million people, allowed the two men, known for their often aligned positions on various issues, to share their views and plans for the future of the country.
On the issue of immigration, Donald Trump claimed that “over 20 million people” have entered the United States illegally, including individuals not only from Latin America but also from Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. He promised that if elected, he would take all necessary measures to stop this influx.
Regarding public finances, Trump criticized the current administration’s management, promising to “fix” them as soon as he returns to the White House. He also touched on foreign policy, asserting that the current global conflicts would not have occurred under his presidency, and that U.S. relations with China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran were marked by mutual respect during his term.
Finally, Trump used the opportunity to harshly criticize his political rivals, particularly Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.
