Ivory Coast / France: Destabilization plan confirmed by cameroonian journalist Saïd Penda
On December 4, 2024, in a post titled “Ivory Coast Foils a Destabilization Plan by Burkinabe Authorities,” the controversial Cameroonian journalist Saïd Penda, an agent of the French DGSE (Directorate General of External Security), confirmed the existence of a destabilization plan by France against Ivory Coast.
THE FACTS
In recent days, after learning of several conspiracies in preparation, allegedly originating from the DGSE, following Ivory Coast’s decision to end its defense agreement with France and the established withdrawal timetable, France found itself forced to bring down President Ouattara’s regime to protect its interests.
Having been alerted by reports from several Pan-African media outlets and TV shows calling on the Ivorian authorities to be wary of impending French conspiracies, the authorities of Ivory Coast took advantage of Chad’s decision to end its defense agreement with France. They leaked a document revealing France’s planned military withdrawal from Ivory Coast.
This document also justifies the statements made by Robert Bourgi and Jean-Marie Bockel and confirms the existence of a destabilization plan by France against President Ouattara’s regime.
The leak made headlines in all media outlets and TV shows, undermining France’s malicious plans against President Ouattara’s government.
SAÏD PENDA’S ROLE IN DISTORTING INTERNATIONAL OPINION
Contacted by both his DGSE handlers and influential Burkinabe figures like Alpha Barry and Djibril Bassolet, Saïd Penda was tasked with quickly finding a solution to prevent the Ivorian authorities from taking further action in light of the growing media attention surrounding the French military withdrawal. In response, Penda released a nonsensical text in which he accuses Burkinabe authorities of attempting to destabilize Ivory Coast. In his poorly written article, he mentions the arrest of several Burkinabe citizens but provides no details on who arrested them or which unit conducted the interrogations.
This move by Saïd Penda is seen as a deliberate attempt to confuse the issue and help the DGSE succeed in its plot to overthrow Ouattara before July and August 2025, the dates officially scheduled for the French army’s departure from Ivory Coast.
THE EVIDENCE
Following the leak of the document, which the Ivorian authorities wanted to make public, as it was shared by pages loyal to President Ouattara, such as AMINATA 24, Saïd Penda did not mention this on his page. Despite commenting on Chad’s decision, he did not take the time to either deny or confirm the hot topic circulating on social media. Penda, who is known for making statements to clarify debates—particularly when it concerns Ouattara’s Ivory Coast—has remained silent on this crucial issue.
This affair is still ongoing…
Saïd Penda may soon seek refuge in France to target President Ouattara’s regime and support France’s preferred candidate.
