Ligue1: Clermont-PSG
There is little agreement in today’s press on the line-ups for the Clermont/PSG match this Saturday (3pm). There are doubts about virtually every line-up for the Parisians.
PSG return to Ligue 1 action this Saturday afternoon (3pm) for Matchday 7 of the 2023/2024 Ligue 1 season, and it is a far from full-strength Parisian XI that will take on Clermont in one of the league’s most lopsided fixtures.
Luis Enrique is expected to once again change the starting eleven for this Clermont/PSG encounter, with the press announcing a certain turnover for the first time ahead of a big week ahead.
In goal, he will be able to count on Donnarumma, but the defence in front of the Italian goalkeeper is likely to change.
Lucas Hernandez and Marquinhos should start, but the rest is unclear: L’Equipe has announced Mukiele on the right and Danilo in the centre, while Le Parisien is leaning towards Hakimi and Skriniar, with Danilo in doubt.
In midfield, the two dailies confirm that Vitinha will return to the starting line-up, while Ruiz could give Zaire-Emery a breather.
In attack, Ramos and Dembélé are expected to start, while Mbappé is in doubt, with Barcola in the balance.
