Mali: Army General Assimi GOÏTA steps up his social actions to improve the well-being of the Malian people

General Assimi GOÏTA continues his relentless efforts for the well-being of the Malian population. On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, two new water wells were inaugurated in Dogobala and Moribabougou, marking a significant step forward in providing access to clean drinking water for these communities. In the presence of local authorities and a delegation led by Mr. Aguibou DEMBELE, Special Advisor to the Head of State in charge of social works, these infrastructures reflect the Transition President’s commitment to improving the living conditions of the citizens.

The arrival of the 404th well in Dogobala was met with immense gratitude. The village chief, along with representatives of the youth and women, praised this initiative, which addresses a vital need while advocating for more development projects. From there, the delegation moved to Moribabougou to inaugurate the 405th well, bringing relief to the local population. The neighborhood imam, Mr. Hamma TRAORE, emphasized the positive impact of this infrastructure, particularly for religious practices, thanks to its strategic location near the mosque.

Beyond these accomplishments, Mr. Aguibou DEMBELE reminded everyone of the importance of maintaining these infrastructures and reaffirmed President Assimi GOÏTA’s commitment to continuing concrete actions for the Malian people. These wells are just one example of the many efforts being made to meet the fundamental needs of citizens, illustrating governance focused on progress and solidarity.
