This strategic project aims to modernize the airport’s infrastructure and enhance the operational capacity of Mali’s aviation sector.

The project, with a total cost of 4 billion 459 million 525.040 CFA francs, includes the construction of a technical block and a modern control tower, which will be completed over a period of 30 months. It represents a major step in transforming Modibo Keita-Sénou International Airport into a regional aviation hub.

With this project, Mali aims to position itself as a key player in the field of civil aviation in West Africa. Strengthening these infrastructures will not only improve air traffic management but also stimulate the economy and facilitate international air connections.

The Malian government’s ambition is to make this airport a reference in West Africa, capable of meeting the growing demands of the aviation sector and contributing to the country’s economic development. This project demonstrates Mali’s commitment to investing in strategic infrastructure to support its long-term development.
