Mali/Opérationnalisation of the AES: President Assimi GOÏTA reflects on the work of the foreign affairs ministers
After the Malian Prime Minister, it was the turn of the president of the transition, head of state, Colonel Assimi GOÏTA to receive the ministers in charge of foreign affairs in the AES space, who began a ministerial meeting on Thursday, November 30 in Bamako.
A meeting to study and adopt the essential documents prepared by experts from the member countries of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), for the operationalization and smooth functioning of cooperation between the three AES countries, namely Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
The Ministers in charge of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Ms Olivia Ragnaghnèwendé ROUAMBA of Faso, H.E.M Bakary Yaou SANGARE of Niger and H.E.M Abdoulaye DIOP of Mali therefore reported on Friday, December 1 to the President of the Republic of Mali, after their meeting with the Prime Minister, Dr Choguel Kokalla MAIGA.
According to the information, the delegation took stock of the work, in order to gather its guidance to complete the documents that have been developed, and whose adoption will allow the operationalization of the AES.
