Mali/Social Works: President GOÏTA’s commitment brings smiles and hope to disadvantaged populations
It should be noted that the President of the Republic of Mali, Head of State, Colonel Assimi GOÏTA, has been committed since the beginning of his transitional mandate to assisting the most vulnerable groups in Mali. Since then, many social actions have been carried out throughout the Malian territory.
Among these actions is the installation of hydraulic infrastructure in localities and places where there is a need. Several potable water boreholes have been constructed, and the project is now in its 378th implementation. The most recent infrastructure has been built for the benefit of the populations of two (02) municipalities in the administrative region of Dioïla.
This is a way for the Malian president to provide the needy population with potable water, which is vital for health. It is also a way to show his solidarity, support, and closeness to his compatriots. It should be noted that actions have also been taken in the fields of health, education, and humanitarian aid.
The actions continue in order to provide assistance to every Malian in need. It is also an effective strategy to fight against terrorism by ensuring the social well-being of the population. This is why every Malian is called upon to show solidarity and mutual aid to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged.
