Niger: Niamey welcomes new Ambassador of Benin
The Nigerien authorities have officially accepted the credentials of Mr. Gildas Habib Bignon Agonkan, the new ambassador of the Republic of Benin to Niger. This acceptance comes shortly after a high-level Nigerien delegation visited Cotonou, sent by Niger’s transitional president, General Abdourahamane Tiani.
