For this purpose the President of the Republic arrived on Monday in Kazakhstan for a friendship and work visit, at the invitation of his counterpart Kassym-Jomar Tokayev.
Several topics of common interest, including investment, trade, energy, transport and agriculture, will be at the center of exchanges between the two personalities in Astana.
They will also address issues related to the development of the African continent, economic challenges, the fight against climate change and the promotion of peace and security in different regions of the world.
This first trip of the Head of State Faure Gnassingbé to Kazakhstan marks a new stage of cooperation between the two countries.
